Dusty Hansen is an experienced Salesforce Consultant with over 16 years of expertise optimizing Salesforce implementations to drive business value. He is skilled at delivering tailored solutions across industries including Financial Services and Healthcare, with proficiency across the Salesforce ecosystem—Sales, Service, Marketing, and Platform—supported by multiple Salesforce certifications. Dusty has a proven track record in customer success, strategy, management, and application support, and is passionate about aligning technology with business goals for enhanced performance and customer experience.

Currently, he serves as the Salesforce Systems Specialist at Advantage Behavioral Health, where he leads platform improvement and development. Dusty’s prior roles include Manager of Customer Success Strategy & Operations and Senior Success Manager at Salesforce, where he managed global programs, developed scalable business solutions, and led process improvements.

Dusty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Management from Aurora University, where he graduated with high honors. He is also active in his community, serving as President of the Nature’s Edge Homeowner’s Association.
